The Benedictine Mesa Men's Soccer Team displayed resilience and determination throughout a challenging match against Southern Oregon. The team started strong, with Ryder Padgett nearly scoring with a header in the 9th minute. Despite an early yellow card, Benedictine Mesa kept their composure and continued to create opportunities.

The defense worked tirelessly, with goalkeeper Mortiz Ae making several crucial saves to keep the team in the game. While Southern Oregon managed to score twice late in the first half, the Redhawks never backed down.

In the second half, Marcos Paiz Garcia came close with a well-placed shot, and BenU's persistence was evident as they pressed forward. Even after a missed penalty kick in the 73rd minute, the team continued to fight, demonstrating their strong spirit and resolve. Though the match ended in a 3-0 loss, Benedictine Mesa's effort and perseverance were commendable.
