Benedictine Mesa opened the match with a hard-fought 25-21 victory in the first set. The Redhawks saw key performances from multiple players, with
Dapre Rogers,
Landon Fuller, and
Trevor Weinert delivering crucial kills.
Missouri Valley took an early lead after an attack error, but Benedictine quickly responded with a kill from Rogers to even the score. The teams exchanged points in a competitive back-and-forth battle, with standout plays from
John Jakaitis and
Josh Beymer keeping the Redhawks in contention. Benedictine pulled ahead late in the set, capitalizing on errors from Missouri Valley. Fuller and Weinert executed key kills, while Rogers and
Jack LeDuff sealed the set win with back-to-back points.

Missouri Valley bounced back in the second set, overpowering Benedictine Mesa 25-14.
Landon Fuller opened the scoring for BENU with a kill, assist from Jakaitis, but MVC quickly responded with a kill from Azevedo, setting the tone for a competitive start. Attack errors by Benedictine allowed Missouri Valley to gain momentum, extending their lead.
Despite efforts from
Jack LeDuff and
Dapre Rogers, MVC's strong defensive presence and efficient attacking widened the gap. Lucas Rodrigues orchestrated MVC's offense, assisting multiple key kills that pushed the score in their favor. Benedictine struggled to regain control, and despite late points from Jakaitis and Weinert, MVC closed the set with a decisive kill, evening the match at 1-1.

Missouri Valley secured a 25-20 win in the third set, despite a strong effort from Benedictine Mesa. MVC took an early 4-0 lead before Rogers put BENU on the board with a kill. The Redhawks battled back, cutting the deficit to 11-9 after an attack error by Missouri Valley. Key plays from Rogers and Jakaitis kept Benedictine competitive, but MVC's blocking and offensive efficiency proved difficult to overcome.
With the set winding down, Benedictine stayed within striking distance, but MVC closed it out with a strong finish, taking a 2-1 lead in the match.
Set 4:Â
Benedictine started the fourth set strong, jumping to a quick 4-1 lead thanks to a service ace from Jakaitis and an attack error from Missouri Valley. However, MVC quickly responded with a series of kills and blocks to regain momentum.
Despite efforts from Rogers and Beymer, Missouri Valley's defensive presence and consistent attacking allowed them to pull away. A final spike from MVC sealed the set 25-17, giving them the match victory.
