Biography

Giahni Ruiz, from Phoenix, AZ, is a member of the Benedictine University Mesa women’s flag football team, joining the Redhawks in 2026. A graduate of Saint Mary’s Catholic High School, Giahni played a key role in helping her team win the 2025 4A State Championship in flag football. She now brings her championship experience and competitive drive to Benedictine Mesa as she begins her collegiate career.
