Benedictine University Mesa

Sammi Cocke is a women’s flag football player from Ventura, California, and a graduate of Campo Verde High School. During her standout high school career, she helped lead her team to the 5A State Championship in 2023 and earned numerous honors, including All-Arizona First Team Linebacker, Region and Conference Defensive Player of the Year, Sports360AZ All-Academic Honorable Mention, and The Arizona Republic First Team All-Arizona. She was also recognized by the Arizona Interscholastic Association as both the Conference Defensive Player of the Year and an All-Conference First Team selection. Before joining Benedictine University Mesa in 2026, Sammi attended Chandler-Gilbert Community College (CGCC). She now brings her championship mindset and defensive skill to the Redhawks program.
