Biography

Anthony Del Rio, from Battle Mountain, Nevada, was the 2021 Nevada strikeout leader and a two-time First Team All-State selection at Battle Mountain High School. He began his collegiate career at York University (NE), where he posted a 3.73 ERA with 64 strikeouts over 70 innings in 2022–23 while also hitting .309 with 47 hits, 12 doubles, and 3 home runs. A true two-way player with experience on the mound, at the plate, and in the field, Del Rio will bring his versatility and competitiveness to Benedictine University Mesa in 2026.
