Coach Caz Fernandez enters his first season serving as the Benedictine University Mesa Men's Basketball Performance Coach. Coach Fernandez has a wealth of experience working with basketball athletes as a coach and performance trainer. He is the creator of From Within Athletes or FWA - a performance training company based in Gilbert, Arizona. Fernandez focus' is sport specific training and injury prevention which he does by building athletes physically and training them to train thier bodies.
