Coach Damion Wooten enters his first season with the Redhawks men’s basketball program. Born and raised in Memphis, TN – Coach Wooten comes from a basketball family. He competed at NCAA D2 Freed-Hardeman University out of high school before transferring up to NCAA D1 University of Memphis his last two seasons of competition.
Since his days as a player he has devoted his life to sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of basketball players. His unique background as a player and a coach, combined with his passion and dedication to the sport, make him an exceptional mentor to aspiring basketball players who want to reach their full potential.
