Sims enters his first season with the Redhawks Men's Basketball Program. Sims earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University in Exercise and Wellness with a minor in Nutrition and Healthy Living. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who holds multiple certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, EXOS, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association with seven years of experience. Post-graduation, Dexter spent 5 months interning at EXOS where he was able to work with some of the most elite athletes in the MLB, NFL, MLS, NBA, NHL, PGA, and Track and Field. For the past 5 years, he has worked in a studio where he coaches a diverse group of clientele from pro athletes to general population and everyone in-between.
