Coach Scott Nicholson came to Arizona from the Inland Empire in Southern California where he trained athletes from beginners to collegiate. He coached for Cali Elite their 15u and 16u teams and at Valley View High School, his Alma Mater, where he served as the Freshman Boys Basketball Head Coach, JV and Varsity Assistant Coach from 2015-2020.

Coach Scott has coached at several National Basketball Camps, such as the Chris Paul National Middle School Combine, Ball Is Life Jr All American and Elite Basketball Circuit Jr All American. He coached at Queen Creek High School Women’s Basketball, Arizona Pride West Coast Elite AAU 17u, runs Skill Groups and Camps for Arizona Athletics, and is the Owner and Lead Trainer for Scotty Hoops Basketball since 2015.
Coach Scott has a real love and passion for development and takes pride in the development of his players.
