Benedictine University Mesa

Zach Cave enters his second year coaching at Benedictine Mesa.

Prior to coaching at Benedictine Mesa, he served as the Head Coach for IPRC Musanze Basketball Club, a professional basketball team in Musanze, Rwanda.

Before coaching in Rwanda, Cave coached at the high school and AAU level. Coach Zach's first high school position was at Mankato Loyola in the 2015-2016 season. He was in charge of the JV program along with assisting at the Varsity level. From 2016-2018, Cave was head boys coach for Hmong College Prep Academy. In two years, Cave coached five all conference players, two conference MVP's, two DPOY's, and assisted in a 98% graduation rate. From 2018-2020, Cave was the assistant head coach at Park Cottage Grove High School.

Coach Cave also served as the co-director of Minnesota Select Basketball, an elite AAU program based in the metro area of Minnesota.

Coach Cave is currently completing a bachelor's degree at Benedictine Mesa.
