2023-24: Franks played a major role for the Redhawks as a junior. The 6'0 guard played in 28 games and led the Redhawks in scoring with 12.5 points per game. Franks was one of the most efficient players in the conference as a junior - he shot 47% 2PT FG's, 41% 3PT FG's and 90% from the FT line. Franks had a positive assist to turnover ratio and had 15 steals on the season. Deven Franks was selected to the 2023-24 Cal Pac Conference 2nd Team All-Conference as a junior. 

Previous School: Franks joined the Redhawks after competing for three seasons at NCAA D2 University of Mary. Over the course of his three seasons he played in 44 games and made 3 starts. As a senior at Casteel HS he averaged 24.6 points per game and was named 5A San Tan Region Player of the Year.
