Benedictine University Mesa

2020-21: Walton enjoyed one of the most historic seasons in BenU Mesa MBB history. In his first game as a Redhawk he recorded the program's first 20-20 game with a monster 27 points and 21 rebounds. He would go on to average 15.6 points and 8.7 rebounds per game on the season. Walton was named to the California Pacific Conference 1st team as well as the conference tournament Most Outstanding Player, another first in program history. After leading the Redhawks to the second round of the NAIA National Tournament he was named an NAIA All-American, the first in program history. 

Previous School: Walton joined the Redhawks from the University of Texas Permian-Basin where the 6’9 center averaged 9 points and 5 rebounds in 24 games played for the NCAA DII program.  

As a sophomore at Chandler-Gilbert Community College he averaged 16.7 points and 8.8 rebounds on 60% field goal shooting. Walton was named 1^st Team All-ACCAC and led the Coyotes to the Region II Play-offs.
