Brady Barrett enters his third season as the head coach for both the men's and women's golf programs. Under his direction, the Redhawks made their second National Tournament appearance as a program and their first under his leadership in Spring 2023. In Spring 2024, Barrett led the men's team to their third National Tournament appearance.

The Redhawks placed second at the 2023 Cal Pac Championship Golf Tournament, with one athlete finishing third overall. The women's team placed third at the 2023 Cal Pac Championship. Academically, three Redhawks earned All-Academic Honors for the California Pacific Conference. In the 2024 Cal Pac Championship Golf Tournament, Barrett guided the men's team to a first-place finish and earned a Coach of the Year title. The women's team finished third in the 2024 Cal Pac Tournament.

Barrett previously worked at Hastings College within the athletic department and coached there. He began his collegiate journey at Central Community College before transferring to Hastings College to continue his golf career. Barrett received his bachelor's degree from Hastings College and his master's degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State.
