Benedictine University Mesa

Aidan Klein, a 2022 graduate of Desert Vista High School, totaled 1,138 minutes as a goalkeeper in high school, appearing in 18 matches with 24 saves and only four goals allowed, finishing with a 3-1 record and two shutouts. Klein joined Benedictine Mesa in 2022, starting in goal for six matches and playing in 12 overall, recording 22 saves and a .579 save percentage while allowing 16 goals. He also showcased his versatility by scoring a hat trick against Providence Christian while playing in the field. His top performance in goal came in a 5-1 win over Pacific Union, where he played the full 90 minutes and made two saves while allowing just one goal.

In 2023, Klein played in seven games and started five as goalkeeper, recording 13 saves, one loss, and one tie. He also added one goal, two shots, and one shot on goal. After taking the 2024 season off, Klein is set to return to the Redhawks for the 2025 season.
