Biography

Moritz Ae is from Meltewitz, Germany, where he earned his Abitur from Rahn Education – Musikalisch-Sportliches Gymnasium. Before joining Benedictine University Mesa in 2024, Ae developed his skills with RB Leipzig. In the 2024 season, he played in 11 games as the Redhawks’ starting goalkeeper in 10 of them, recording 62 saves along with four wins, four losses, and one tie. Ae was named freshman of the year for Benedictine Mesa at the 2024 BESPYs.
