John Jakaitis, hailing from St. Charles, Illinois, attended St. Charles North High School before joining Benedictine University Mesa for his first season in 2024. In his inaugural year with the Redhawks, he appeared in 12 sets across six matches, recording 20 kills, 8 digs, and an assist. Building on that foundation, Jakaitis elevated his play in 2025, tallying 42 kills, 850 assists, 125 digs, and 11 service aces.
