Benedictine University Mesa

Alana Proskow, a native of Ardrossan, Alberta, Canada, will join Benedictine University Mesa Softball in 2026. A graduate of Archbishop Jordan Catholic High School, she earned Honor Roll distinction for two years, and while high school softball is not offered in Canada, she built an impressive résumé through club competition. Alana is a Provincial Champion, a three-time National Championship qualifier, and was recognized in the top 10 for batting average at the 2023 National Championships in Montreal, QC. She also earned MVP honors at the Kelowna Spring Sizzle. Before coming to BENU, Alana competed for two seasons at Colby Community College, where she was named Division Pitcher of the Week in consecutive weeks and threw three no-hitters during her sophomore year, including a complete game with all 21 outs recorded. She finished that season with 67 innings pitched and 60 strikeouts.
