Ben Schnurman, an infielder from Spokane, Washington, has established himself as a talented athlete in the sport. In high school, he earned recognition as a First Team All-GSL infielder, showcasing his defensive skills and versatility on the field. He continued to excel at Big Bend Community College, where he started both years and was named an All-NWAC Preseason All-American. Schnurman also had an impressive performance with the Cheney Seattle Studs, going 4 for 4 with 4 home runs in a single game and finishing the season with a .390 batting average and 8 home runs. In the 2025 season with Benedictine University Mesa, Schnurman appeared in 30 games, starting 22, and posted a .266 batting average with 21 hits, 15 runs, 3 doubles, 1 triple, 4 home runs, and 16 RBIs in 79 at-bats.
