Benedictine University Mesa

Paige Salazar, from Queen Creek, Arizona, graduated from Queen Creek High School, where she was named MVP and 2nd Team All-Region as a junior. As a senior, she earned 1st Team All-Region honors and achieved an impressive 8-0 record on the mound with a 0.62 ERA. Paige began her collegiate career at Chandler-Gilbert Community College, where she was recognized as the ACCAC Player of the Week, earned Third Team All-ACCAC honors, was named to the DII All-Region-1 Team, and received Second Team Academic All-American honors. In 2023-24, she transferred to Benedictine University, where she played in 30 games and started 17. As a pitcher, she threw 110 innings with a 2.96 ERA and recorded 56 strikeouts. Paige also contributed offensively with 11 at-bats, 2 runs, 1 RBI, and a .273 batting average, along with 5 putouts.
