Biography
Krystina Diaz is a guard from Phoenix, Arizona, who joins the Benedictine University Mesa women's basketball program for the 2026-27 season. Diaz attended Apollo High School, where she developed her competitive skill set before continuing her collegiate career at Nelson University. During the 2024-25 season at Nelson, she appeared in 12 games with eight starts, totaling 306 minutes played. She scored 54 points while adding 20 field goals, 11 free throws, and three three-pointers. Diaz brings collegiate experience and depth to the Redhawks roster as she begins her first season at Benedictine Mesa in 2026.
