Biography
Leanna Lepe, from Kennewick, Washington, joined the Benedictine Mesa women's basketball program in 2025 after a successful career at Blue Mountain Community College. A graduate of Kamiakin High School, Lepe was named Defensive Player of the Year in 2022 and later earned Defensive Team honors in 2025 at Blue Mountain, where she played 50 games with 45 starts, averaging 12.2 points per game while totaling 212 rebounds and 129 steals. In her first season with the Redhawks in 2025-26, Lepe appeared in 18 games, averaging 5.3 points and 2.4 rebounds per game while recording 95 points, 43 rebounds, and 38 steals. Known for her defensive intensity and experience, Lepe brings toughness, leadership, and versatility to the Benedictine Mesa lineup.
