Clay Westmoreland is a Gilbert, Arizona–based entrepreneur, former professional baseball pitcher, and award-winning coach known for building successful programs on and off the field. He is the founder of Westmoreland Pool Service and Repair, one of Gilbert’s top pool service companies, serving more than 350 weekly clients and recognized for excellence within the community. A former University of Utah standout and Florida Marlins draft pick, Clay later transitioned into coaching, where he has led teams at the recreational, club, and varsity levels. In 2024, he was hired as the inaugural varsity girls flag football head coach at American Leadership Academy – North Gilbert, guiding the first-year program to a 12–3 record, a top-10 state ranking, and a quarterfinal playoff finish.
