Benedictine University Mesa

Doug Potter is in his first year as head men's and women's golf coach at Benedictine University Mesa, taking over for Ryan Wingate.

Potter is no stranger to Benedictine, having worked in the enrollment office for the past two years as an enrollment counselor, recruiting and processing applicants and helping them become students at Benedictine. Prior to BenU Mesa, he worked in Eastern Michigan's enrollment office, working specifically with transfers.

Potter is also an avid golfer, having played at the high school level, while continuing to play and work within the golfing community currently, including as a club fitter in his free time.

Potter takes over a program looking to improve during the 2018-19 season, especially on the men's side, as they get ready to host and compete in NAIA Men's National Championship at Las Sendas Golf Club in May.
