Biography
Cahryn Rod, from Mesa, Arizona, attended Desert Ridge High School, where she excelled on the soccer field, scoring 24 goals and providing 27 assists throughout her high school career. She earned multiple accolades, including Honorable Mention and Best Underclassmen as a freshman, Second Team All-Region and Best Goal as a sophomore, and Offensive Player of the Year in both her junior and senior seasons. From 2018 to 2022, Rod played for AZSC Thunder, serving as team captain all four years.
She continued her career at Scottsdale Community College, where she scored two goals in nine games. In the 2024 season at Benedictine Mesa, Rod started all 15 games she played in, recording one assist, 13 shots, and seven shots on goal.
