A native of Indianola, Iowa, Doug Pepper graduated from Central College in Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in Business and has built a strong foundation in both collegiate and club soccer coaching. He currently serves as an Assistant Coach for the Benedictine University Mesa women’s soccer program, a role he began in August 2025, while also working as a Goalkeeper Coach with RSL West Valley since March 2025. Prior to these positions, Pepper spent more than four years as an Assistant Coach with the Central College men’s soccer program from January 2021 to March 2025 and led Iowa Rush South as the Boys U17/U19 Head Coach from August 2023 through March 2025. A former standout goalkeeper, he earned two Honorable All-Conference selections and brings a strong player-development mindset and goalkeeper-specific expertise to every program he serves.
