Biography

Dahlia Alonso graduated from Steele Canyon High School in San Diego, California, and began her collegiate journey at Grand Canyon University before transferring to Benedictine University Mesa. With the Redhawks, Alonso earned Cal Pac Honorable Mention honors in 2022 and was named to the Cal Pac Second Team in 2023. In 2022, she started 16 of 17 games, scoring eight goals. In 2023, she started 14 of 15 games, adding six goals and two assists. During the 2024 season, Alonso played in 16 games with 10 starts, recording five goals, one assist, 27 shots, and 21 shots on goal.
