Kyleya Meltebarger is from Post Falls, Idaho, and graduated from Desert Ridge High School, where she was named team MVP for two years, Defensive MVP for two years, and a Scholar Athlete all four years. She also earned Honorable Mention All-Region honors as a sophomore and junior before being named First Team All-Region as a senior. In club soccer, Meltebarger helped her teams capture multiple championships, including the Max Shacknai Invitational in 2023, the East Valley Invitational in 2023 and 2024, the Desert Super Cup in 2023, and the Heritage Cup in 2024. Meltebarger joined Benedictine Mesa in 2025 and appeared in all 15 matches, making nine starts while logging 1,117 minutes on the field. A strong presence in the midfield and defensive third, she recorded an assist for her first collegiate point and contributed five shots during the season.
