Benedictine University Mesa

Rebecca Tomerlin joins the Benedictine University Mesa women's soccer program in 2026 after a standout career at Desert Ridge High School in Mesa, Arizona. A native of Superior, Arizona, Tomerlin earned Offensive Player of the Year honors and was recognized as a Scholar Athlete in each of her four years. She also received Honorable Mention All-Region recognition and was named First Team All-Region all four seasons. At the club level, Tomerlin helped her team capture several tournament championships, including the Max Shacknai Invitational in 2023 and 2024, the East Valley International in 2023, and the Heritage Cup in 2024. Her combination of academic success, offensive ability, and winning experience makes her a strong addition to the Redhawks program.
