Alexa Lindgren, originally from Oakesdale, Washington, is a dedicated coach and former multi-sport collegiate athlete. She earned her Associate of Arts degree from Walla Walla Community College in 2016, making the President’s List, before graduating Summa Cum Laude from Whitworth University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a minor in Coaching.

Alexa served as Head Volleyball Coach at Big Bend Community College from 2023 to 2025, after working as an assistant in 2022 and also coaching softball. She grew the volleyball program to its largest roster size ever and helped the team improve from last place to fifth in the league, with four players moving on to play at the next level.

In Moses Lake, Alexa was also Assistant Softball Coach at Moses Lake High School for three years, leading the team to three straight State Playoff appearances, and coached club volleyball for CB Elite’s 18U team. Before that, she spent four years at WWCC as an assistant volleyball and softball coach, helping with recruiting, training, academics, and camps.

As a player, Alexa competed in volleyball and softball at WWCC, reaching the playoffs in both sports. She continued her volleyball career at Whitworth, where her team won the Northwest Conference Championship in 2016 and earned a bid to the NCAA Tournament.
