Originally from Menifee, California, Galvan is a former Redhawks volleyball student-athlete who now serves as the program's Graduate Assistant. She joined Benedictine Mesa in 2024 after attending Purdue University Northwest, where she competed in 12 matches and 20 sets in 2022, recording 33 assists and 18 digs, before adding eight assists and 15 digs across seven matches in 2023.
During her two-year playing career with the Redhawks, Galvan appeared in 55 matches and 201 sets, establishing herself as one of the top setters in program history. In 2024, she played in 29 matches with 25 starts, totaling 15 kills, 543 assists, 27 service aces, and 196 digs. She followed that performance with a standout 2025 season, recording 68 kills, 861 assists, 38 aces, and 246 digs in 26 matches while setting a new Benedictine Mesa single-season record for assists. She concluded her Redhawk playing career with 83 kills, 1,404 assists, 65 service aces, and 442 digs, averaging 6.99 assists and 2.20 digs per set. Her experience as a record-setting setter and team leader now transitions into a coaching role as she helps develop the next generation of Redhawks.
