Benedictine University Mesa

Kiara Milar is a setter from Las Vegas, Nevada, and a graduate of Durango High School. She joins Benedictine University Mesa in 2026 after competing at both Edmonds College and Dominican University. During her collegiate career, Milar earned First Team All-Region and Third Team All-Region honors, establishing herself as a reliable distributor and leader on the court. At Dominican University in 2025, Milar appeared in 15 matches and 36 sets, recording 119 assists while averaging 3.31 assists per set. She also contributed nine service aces and two kills offensively. On the defensive side, she totaled 43 digs, averaging 1.19 digs per set, and finished the season with 11.0 points. Milar brings experience, strong court vision, and versatility to the Redhawks as she begins her Benedictine Mesa career in 2026.
