Megan Hicks, from Flagstaff, AZ, is entering her first season with the Redhawks in 2024. A graduate of Coconino High School, Megan was a standout volleyball player, leading the Panthers to three consecutive Arizona 4A state tournament berths. Over her high school career, she recorded 313 kills, 105 blocks, 49 solo rejections, and 43 aces, earning honorable mention all-region honors in 2018 and second-team all-region recognition in 2019. She also competed in beach volleyball for four years.

Before joining Benedictine, Megan played at Park University-Gilbert. In 2021, she contributed to the Cal Pac Tournament, posting five kills and hitting .444 in a match against Saint Katherine and adding four kills in the championship match versus Embry Riddle. In 2022, Megan played in 9 matches, recording 18 kills, 4 digs, and 10 blocks. Her performance in 2023 elevated her game as she played in 26 matches and 97 sets, recording 109 kills, 66 blocks, 25 aces, and 103 digs. Her outstanding play earned her Cal Pac Player of the Week honors for October 9-15, 2023. She was also named to the beach volleyball All-Conference First Team in 2023 and received honorable mention in 2022.
