A native of Springtown, Texas, Railey had her first season with the Redhawks in 2024. A 2022 graduate of Springtown High School, Druxman was a four-year varsity standout, amassing 1,083 kills, 118 aces, 815 digs, and 163 blocks during her high school career. As a junior, she tallied 446 kills in 88 sets, helping lead her team to a 20–5 record, a bi-district championship, and a second-round appearance in the Texas 4A state playoffs. Her standout play earned her multiple individual honors, including first-team all-district and all-area, MVP Hitter, and honorable mention all-state. She was also named to the Texas Girls Coaches Association All-State Team in her sophomore, junior, and senior years.
Before joining Benedictine, Druxman played at Park University–Gilbert, where she continued to excel. In 2022, she competed in 34 matches, recording 276 kills, 31 assists, 54 aces, 352 digs, and 49 blocks. In 2023, she played in 27 matches, finishing with 318 kills, 40 aces, 278 digs, and 37 blocks.
In her first season with the Redhawks in 2024, Druxman played in 27 games with 25 starts, recording 275 kills with a .147 hitting percentage, 14 assists, 32 aces, and 262 digs. With her versatile skill set and proven leadership, she is expected to be a key contributor to the program.
