Mike Miller is a former competitive soccer player and experienced coach with a strong passion for player development, team culture, and leadership. He currently serves as the Director of Coaching for Santos SC, where he oversees player development from the grassroots level through professional pathways. His coaching experience includes roles as Director of Coaching with Santos, assistant coach at Benedictine University Mesa, head coach of MSC United’s UPSL team, and boys varsity head coach at Red Mountain High School, where he led the program for 13 years. Mike holds an extensive list of coaching credentials, including the USSF Academy Director License, USSF C License, USSF National Youth License, USC Premier Diploma, USC Director of Coaching Diploma, and USC Goalkeeping Levels I and II. He is dedicated to building positive, disciplined environments that emphasize accountability, leadership, and a love for the game while helping athletes grow both on and off the field. Mike is also a proud father of three sons, all of whom grew up playing soccer in Arizona.
