Shannon Rauch joined Benedictine University in 2013 when the Mesa campus welcomed its first students. She is a faculty member in the psychology department and serves as the Mesa faculty athletics representative. She received her Ph.D. in psychology from Saint Louis University and has held faculty positions at Eastern Illinois University and Providence College. She is consistently amazed by the achievements of Benedictine’s student-athletes and loves cheering them on as a Redhawks’ fan!
