MESA, Ariz. – The Benedictine University Mesa men's soccer team closed the season battling to the very last minute but dropped two contests at home. The Redhawks fell to the Buccaneers, 2-0, on Thursday evening and then fell to the Warriors of Westcliff, 10-0, on Sunday afternoon. The Redhawks finished the season 6-8-2 overall and 4-6-2 in Cal Pac play.
 
BenU was outshot by the Buccaneers 7-to-5 with the Bucs having four shots on frame while The Redhawks had one shot one frame. Joao Alvarez led the Redhawks with shots taken against the Bucs. Aidan Klein had two saves on the match.
 
The Redhawks were unable to keep the Westcliff offense at bay and dropped the final game of the season, 10-0. The Warriors took 28 shots with 23 on frame while the Redhawks took 3 shots with two on frame. Donato Gil had a season high of 13 saves in the match.
