SURPRISE, Ariz. – The Benedictine University Mesa women's soccer team fell to in-state rival OUAZ, 3-0.
OUAZ came out hot scoring in the first twenty minutes of the match. The Redhawks were unable to find a hole in the Spirit's defense and wet the first hald without taking a shot. The Spirit outshot BenU 8-0 in the first half.
Jaden Campbell made three saves on those eight shots.
The Redhawks had their first shot on goal in the second half, coming from forward
Dahlia Alonso. The Redhawks made four attempts at the goal but came up short. The Spirit maintained their momentum taking eight shots and landing one between the posts.

Neshma Rodriguez took one shot each and both were on goal.
