RIVERSIDE, Calif. – The Benedictine University Mesa women's volleyball team picked up to Cal Pac wins on the road against the University of Antelope Valley and La Sierra university. The first match went 3-0 with the Redhawks defeating the Pioneers, 25-16,25-11,25-20 for their second conference win. The win against La Sierra also went 3-0 (25-14,25-11,25-22) for their ninth sweep of the season. The Redhawks improve to 10-2 overall and 2-1 in Cal Pac play.
Through two matches
Kylie Bartel has led the Redhawks with 21 kills averaging 3.5 kills per set.
Brianna Rivera has had 14 kills with a .364 hitting percentage while freshman Jewl Carling has had a team high .529 clip with 10 kills.
Annika Wallace has had 27 assists through two matches while
Karson Davis is just behind with 23 assists.
Christina Sanchez led the defensee with 23 digs while
Kylie Bartel has added 17 digs through two matches.
