The Benedictine Men's Basketball Team clinched a victory against Pacific Union on Saturday night, concluding a successful road trip with back-to-back wins. The final score was 78-64.
 
Eric Norton seized the Redhawks' first lead of the night at 17:40 on the clock, hinting at his outstanding performance. From that point, the teams exchanged leads until BenU took control at the 7:06 mark and maintained it for the rest of the game. The first half showcased the Benedictine men's prowess with 14 rebounds and 4 steals, providing them with an 8-point advantage, finishing the half at 38-30.
 
In the second half, the men stretched their lead to 14 points, and despite the Pioneers' attempts to regain control, the Redhawks maintained the margin. As the clock approached the 5-minute mark, the Redhawks further increased their lead to the upper teens, ultimately securing a 14-point victory at 78-64. BenU's defensive skills shone in the second half, amassing 17 rebounds, and limiting the Pioneers to a 33.3% shooting percentage from the field, a crucial factor in securing the win.
