Softball beat Bushnell in a double header Thursday night to open their season. 

First Game
Benedictine Mesa's baseball team showcased a dominant performance, securing a convincing 10-4 victory over Bushnell. From M. Hamilton's impactful 1st-inning home run to A. Clack's strategic plays in the 6th inning, the Redhawks demonstrated offensive prowess and resilience. The game highlighted Benedictine Mesa's ability to capitalize on opportunities, securing a well-deserved win in this thrilling softball showdown.
 
Second Game
In a closely contested softball match, Benedictine Mesa claimed a 4-2 victory over Bushnell. The game featured early defensive battles, with Bushnell taking the lead in the 1st inning. Benedictine Mesa responded in the 2nd inning, scoring two unearned runs. While Bushnell leveled the score in the 3rd, Benedictine Mesa swiftly regained the lead with two more runs. The game was cut early due to rain, but Benedictine still secured the win.
 
The Redhawks are back in action on Saturday February 3, at Seton High School for a 10 AM and 12PM double header.
