The Benedictine Men's Volleyball Team faced a 1-3 defeat against #5 The Master's University on Saturday afternoon.
 
In the first set, the Redhawks remained competitive, trailing by only a few points until the 16-18 mark, where the momentum shifted in favor of The Master's. Despite their efforts, BenU lost the set 19-25.
 
The second set showcased the Redhawks' strength, with a team hitting percentage of .500% and only 1 hitting error. The team's two aces played a crucial role in maintaining their lead, securing a 25-20 victory.
 
Moving to the third set, The Master's took an early lead, but Benedictine managed to tie the game at 12. However, The Master's regained control and sealed the set with an 18-25 win.
 
In the fourth set, The Master's maintained their lead throughout, and BenU struggled to catch up. The energy dwindled towards the end, resulting in The Master's claiming the set and the overall match victory.

• Landon Fuller stood out with 17 kills on 36 attempts, 2 aces, 1 block, and 7 digs.
• Tyler McBurney contributed 7 kills on 12 attempts and recorded 2 blocks.
