In their final home game of the season, the Benedictine Mesa Baseball team suffered a 2-12 defeat against Arizona Christian.
Arizona Christian took an early lead, scoring in the 1st inning and extending it to 0-6 by the end of the 6th inning. Benedictine managed to put a run on the board in the 6th inning when
Jacob Bauler's double brought
Carlos Parra home. Another run came in the 7th inning, courtesy of Ivan Santos' single that allowed
Jullian Blackwell to score, narrowing the score to 2-7. However, Arizona Christian added five more runs in the 8th inning, sealing their victory at 2-12.
