Kylie Bartel and Taylor Erickson of Benedictine University's beach volleyball team have been named to the GSAC All-Conference Team, recognizing their outstanding performance throughout the season.
Competing as BENU's number one pair, Bartel and Erickson finished the season ranked second in the Golden State Athletic Conference (GSAC), posting an impressive record of 16 wins and only 4 losses. Their remarkable consistency and skill on the sand helped lead the Redhawks to one of their most successful seasons to date.
Among their many accomplishments, Bartel and Erickson made headlines by defeating the number one pair from NCAA Division I opponent Grand Canyon University—a major highlight in their already historic season. Their excellence was further acknowledged when they were named the GSAC Beach Volleyball Pair of the Week for the week of March 24th, a testament to their dominance and chemistry on the court.
Their All-Conference honors underscore the hard work, dedication, and talent they brought to every match, setting a new standard for BENU Beach Volleyball.
