Benedictine fought through momentum swings and continued to look for consistency, but ultimately fell in straight sets to The Master's (14–25, 14–25, 12–25).
The Redhawks opened the match with a starting lineup of Travis Kelly, Raphael Mkpegue, Ethan Russel, Tucker Cunningham, Rylon Raczka and setter John Jakaitis. Early points were hard to come by as The Master's established rhythm quickly behind a strong service game and efficient offense. Benedictine showed flashes of promise midway through the opening set, sparked by kills from Raczka and Russel and a block from Mkpegue and Russel, but the Mustangs pulled away late to take the first set, 25–14.
Set two saw Benedictine respond with improved net play and defensive effort. Raczka put down multiple kills off sets from Jakaitis, while Tucker Cunningham and Raphael Mkpegue added timely finishes to keep the Redhawks within striking distance. Benedictine also picked up points at the net, including a triple block featuring Kelly, Russel and Raczka. Despite the push, a late run by The Master's created separation, and Benedictine dropped the second set by the same 25–14 margin.
In the third set, Benedictine adjusted its lineup, adding Maurice O'Brien and Carson Lee into the rotation, and continued to compete point-for-point in the early stages. Kelly and Raczka teamed up to slow the Mustangs attack, and O'Brien delivered a key kill to halt a scoring run. However, The Master's capitalized on serving pressure and transition offense to regain control. Benedictine stayed aggressive, with Raczka picking up another kill late, but the Mustangs closed out the match with a 25–12 third-set win.
