MESA, Ariz. – The Benedictine University Mesa women's volleyball team swept through their competition over the weekend going 3-0 while also keeping every match to three straight sets. The Redhawks improve to 21-2 overall and 12-1 in Cal Pac play.
Kylie Bartel led the offense through the weekend tallying a total of 41 kills to average 4.56 kills per set. Bartel hit for a .360 clip in 89 attempts and only made 9 errors through the nine sets played.
Brianna Rivera followed with a total of 27 kills and four total blocks, one solo and three assists.
Hattie Patton led the defense with 38 digs to average 4.22 digs per set.
Annika Wallace played a huge role in the Redhawks success over the weekend with 58 assists to average 7.25 assists per set. Freshman
Jewel Carling added 18 kills over the weekend and had a team high .469 hitting percentage.
