PASADENA, Calif. – The Benedictine University Mesa women's volleyball picked up a win on the road against Providence Christian College and dropped one to the University of Saint Katherine. The Redhawks lost to the Firebirds 3-0 (25-19, 25-23, 25-23) and then finished with the 3-0 win over the Seabeggars 3-0 (25-18,25-20,25-13).
Kylie Bartel led the Redhawks with 21 kills through two matches.
Brianna Rivera added 15 kills on the weekend.
Courtney Ely also hit in double digits with 10 kills.
Amanda Klotz had four total blocks.
The sweep over Providence secured the Redhawks a spot in playoffs hosted by USK in San Marcos, Calif.
