MESA, Ariz. – Benedictine University Mesa women's volleyball defeated Pacific Union College 3-0 (25-20,25-19,25-18). The Redhawks improve to 16-2 overall and 9-1 in Cal Pac.
Benedictine had a .231 hitting percentage in the first set with 14 kills while holding Pacific Union to .000 and just 7 kills. The Pioneers only reached double digit kills in the second set where they hit for a .381 clip. BenU had a match high .417 clip with 14 kills and four errors. The Redhawks kept the Pioneers to single digits despite struggling offensively making 7 errors and only landing 12 kills.
Kylie Bartel led the Redhawks with 13 kills, while
Brianna Rivera contributed 9 kills to their victory.

Jewel Carling added two blocks.
