The Benedictine Mesa Beach Volleyball team experienced a split outcome in Saturday morning's matches, falling to Bushnell University 2-3 but rallying to win against Northwest University with a score of 3-2.

Facing Bushnell, BenU's first pair,
Kylie Bartel and
Annika Wallace, lost the first set 14-21, rebounded with a 21-18 victory in the second set, but ultimately succumbed in the third set with a score of 7-15. The second pair,
Jewel Carling and
Megan Hicks, secured both sets at 17-21 and 18-21. The third pair,
Christina Sanchez and
Amanda Klotz, claimed the first set 21-16 but faced defeat in the following two sets, 21-19 and 14-16. The fourth pair,
Hattie Patton and
Keelan Memory, dominated with wins in the first set at 21-16 and the second at 21-15. The fifth pair,
Hailey White and
Sophie Drollinger, won the initial set 21-16, dropped the second 18-21, and lost the third 11-15.

In the match against Northwest, Benedictine's first pair,
Kylie Bartel and
Annika Wallace, recovered from a first-set loss (14-21) and secured victory in the next two sets at 22-20 and 15-11. The second pair,
Jewel Carling and
Megan Hicks, faced consecutive losses at 14-21 and 16-21.
Christina Sanchez and
Amanda Klotz clinched wins at 21-14 and 21-15. The Redhawks' fourth pair,
Hattie Patton and
Keelan Memory, dominated both sets at 21-16 and 21-18. The fifth pair,
Hailey White and
Sophie Drollinger, rebounded from a first-set loss (19-21) to triumph in the subsequent sets at 21-16 and 15-12, marking the Redhawks' first win of the year.
