The Benedictine Mesa Softball team faced two losses in their doubleheader against OUAZ. In the first game, they were defeated 0-10, and in the second game, they narrowly lost 0-1.

In the initial match, OUAZ took an early lead with 2 runs in the first inning. They added another run in the fourth and three more in the fifth. Benedictine managed to score one run in the sixth, but OUAZ secured the victory with 3 more runs in the seventh, resulting in a 0-10 loss for the Redhawks.

In the subsequent game, OUAZ scored the lone run of the match in the fifth inning, while Benedictine struggled to find opportunities to score, ultimately leading to a 0-1 defeat.

Looking ahead, the Redhawks will face OUAZ again in a doubleheader on Tuesday, April 2, this time on the road.
