The Benedictine Mesa Baseball team staged an impressive comeback to secure a 3-1 victory against Saint Katherine.

Saint Katherine took the lead with a run in the bottom of the 6th inning. However, the Redhawks rallied, tying the score in the top of the 8th when Carlos Parra singled through the left side, bringing Preston Vine-Close home. Parra then capitalized on a wild pitch to score himself, propelling Benedictine into the lead. In the top of the 9th, BenU extended their lead when Vine-Close reached on an error, allowing pinch runner Julian Blackwell to score, bringing the score to 3-1. Saint Katherine couldn't respond in the bottom of the 9th, sealing the Redhawks' victory.
